i want to block only sites like facbook,nd mypace without having to buy a servic like netnanny and without downloads...
i want to beable to do this with any borwser especialy internet explorer, i know it can be done so please only aswer if you really know the answer

this is for Internet explorer.
go to tools--------then internet options--------and u will get place to block a site by just writing that particular site in the given area
